How it works

Three minutes to the first “hello”.

No screens for the child, no accounts for them to manage. You do the setup once; from then on the plush is just a plush that talks.

    Scan the QR code on the box, then let the app put the pod on your Wi-Fi. It shows up in the app named and ready.

    Type a note, drop in a [whispers] or two, and send now — or schedule it for 7 PM, every night, forever.

    The plush speaks

    It speaks in character, out loud, from wherever it sits. You get a receipt the second it plays — and a replay whenever they ask.

Voice modes

Two ways to say it.

Every message goes out in one of two modes. Fast is for the quick ping. Expressive is for the ones they’ll ask to hear again.

Fast1 credit / character

A clean, natural read in about half a second. Plain text in, plain text out — no tags, no theatre, no waiting.

The things parents ask first

Everything on sale today is a pre-order. Your card is charged when you order, and the first batch ships in late November 2026 — US addresses only for now. We email you the moment your box has tracking; nothing on this site promises an arrival date before the batch exists.

Yes — any time before it ships, for a full refund, no questions. After it arrives you have 30 days to return it: free return shipping within the US, as long as the pod, cable and box come back complete and undamaged. The plush and voice pod carry a 1-year limited warranty.

The plush is a one-time $95. Squish & Wish Club is a separate subscription that powers the character voices, Expressive mode and scheduling — $19.99 a month, or $180 a year ($15/mo billed annually, save 25%). Nothing for it is charged at plush checkout: you start it yourself in the app or on the web once your plush arrives. It auto-renews until you cancel, and access runs to the end of the period you've paid for.

Fast gives you a clean, natural read in about half a second, at one credit per character. Expressive runs on the v3 voice engine: annotation tags like [whispers] or [giggles] are performed, pauses land, CAPS get the emphasis. It takes a second or two longer and costs two credits per character.

One credit per spoken character in Fast mode, two in Expressive. Annotation tags are free — you only pay for what the plush actually says. Club includes 120,000 character-credits every calendar month, about 800 messages at a typical 150-character length.

No. There is no microphone in it at all — it cannot hear, record or listen, and it never writes its own words. Messages travel one way: someone signed in to the account types them, the plush speaks them. A squeeze of the foot wakes it or replays the last message; that is the only control on the plush.
